New Castle Tract to Become Site of Climate Controlled Self Storage Site

Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International announced the completion of the sale of 3.19 acres of land located at 144-146 S DuPont Highway in New Castle.

The property was sold to Premier A-2 NC, DE LLC for $1.55 million, which plans to build an 84,000 square-foot fully climate-controlled self storage facility.

Patterson-Woods Principal, Greg Ellis represented the seller in this transaction and Dan Hudak of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer.

The purchased land, consisting of three parcels, has 280 feet of frontage on Route 13 and is near the 13 and Route 273 intersection.

The facility represents the continuing redevelopment of the once-blighted area of DuPont Highway. Millions of dollars of investments have been named in recent years.
