A construction loan that more than tripled in size, from $3.95 million to $14.1 million, is funding the building of a 107,492 square-foot self storage facility at 19301 W. Dixie Highway, just west of Aventura in Florida. Branch Banking & Trust Co. (NYSE: BBT) is making the loan. Miller Construction Co. recently broke ground on the facility. 19301 West Dixie Storage, LLC. is backed by a State College, PA, developer that is led by Robert E. Poole, who also is CEO of S&A Homes. His company bought the 4.06-acre site for $5.64 million. The self storage facility will replace an existing 117,544 square-foot warehouse.
