Two storage buildings sold for combined $4.7 million

A Philadelphia storage company, City Line Capital, has paid $2.7 million to acquire a series of properties on Sprague Street from Century Income Inc. of High Point.

City Line formed CLC WSNC III, LLC. in Delaware to make the purchase. The main property being purchased is a two-acre site at 2690 E. Sprague St. that includes Southern Self Storage.

CDSF Ltd., LLC., based in Canton, Ohio, spent $2 million to buy B&M Storage and Distribution Inc., which includes 5.5 acres and two buildings. The property at 690 Gaynor St. was owned by David and Renee Butner.

CDSF is affiliated with Peoples Service Inc., which has a 245,000-square-foot distribution center in Charlotte.
