Jeff Gorden sets a new sale price record with the sale of Eagle Canyon Storage in Phoenix, Arizona. The self storage facility, formerly known as Camelback Self Storage, sold December 18, 2017 for $17,500,000 which becomes the new high benchmark for a single self storage property in Arizona.

The property spans just over four-and-a-half acres and provides 754 units of drive up and climate controlled self storage. Jeff Gorden and Kyle Topper of Eagle Commercial Realty Services represented the private, Phoenix-based, seller in this transaction and led a targeted marketing campaign sourcing numerous potential buyers and multiple offers. Ultimately, a Phoenix-based buyer presented the winning offer.

The sale of this property involved highlighting positive outlooks of the surrounding area and increasing occupancy trends at the property.
