Tom de Jong with the Colliers International National Self-Storage Practice Group recently closed the sale of a 6.68 acre, fully entitled self storage site at the intersection of East 18th Ave and Vineyard Ave in Antioch, California for Recess Development.
The site was designed for an 86,325 net rentable square foot Class A, multi-story self storage facility with 733 storage plus 95 RV spaces in the San Francisco Bay Area city of Antioch. Recess Development is a developer of self storage assets throughout the Western United State with projects in California, Nevada and Oregon.
The buyer, Greystone Holdings, LLC is a private developer of self storage and other commercial real estate assets based in Northern California. Sales price was $3,250,000 or $12.00/SF for the vacant parcel.
