StorageMart proudly announced today the acquisition of a second self storage facility in the Minneapolis area. The newest location boasts numerous modern amenities like online booking, large covered loading bays and is conveniently located off of U.S. Highway 169 near the Bass Lake Road intersection.
The new facility is one of the largest in the StorageMart portfolio with 753 units totaling an impressive 83,000 square feet of climate controlled and drive-up storage space. A variety of parking units are also available to customers in the Plymouth, Minnesota area.
Renovation plans are in the works including an expanded and updated office to offer moving supplies available for purchase. StorageMart is also proud to continue their industry-leading green initiatives with the nearly 275 rooftop solar panels that contribute about 80% of the power needed to operate the facility.
Beyond the notable features, the level of customer service is what truly separates StorageMart from the competition. "Easy, clean, service – these are the values every employee embodies and our stores reflect," said Cris Burnam, StorageMart President. "Our newest location in Plymouth is well positioned to continue that mission."
A fenced perimeter with PIN gate access and video cameras are StorageMart standards and with amenities like climate controlled units, large covered loading bays and freight lifts, the Plymouth storage facility has plenty of storage space.
