Pamlico Investments Purchases Vacant Lot with Plans for Self Storage in Northglenn, CO

Pamlico Investments purchased the vacant lot at 2255 E. 104th Ave. in Northglenn, CO where it plans to build a 110,718-square-foot self-storage facility with 811 units. Pamlico purchased the 2.31-acre site for $2 million, according to the Colorado Real Estate Journal. The purchase was financed by a $9.81 million loan payable to Storage Lenders LLC c/o Heitman Capital.
