Waveland Commercial Real Estate of Des Plaines, IL and SVN Percival Partners of Charlotte, NC, both affiliates of Argus Self Storage Sales Network announced the sale of Beltline Self Storage, located in Anderson, SC. At the time of sale, the facility was comprised of 362 rental units plus 43 RV parking spaces situated on a 4.69 acre site at 205 East West Parkway in the northern portion of Anderson. The Buyer had plans to construct an 11,000 square foot expansion soon after closing. The purchase price was $4,560,000 and included the assumption of an existing CMBS loan.
Beltline Self Storage facility was originally converted to storage use in 1986 from a former Lowes Home Improvement store and was expanded with conventional drive-up units over the years. Approximately 60% of the existing units were climate controlled.
